Some info about me

I lost more than 70 pounds thanks to the weight-loss programs, but I’ m also a mother of a 13-year old boy. My main goal is to help people achieve better health through the mind and body. I focus on eating whole foods, mainly potatoes, rice, beans and other starches in the least processed condition. I make videotapes of recipes that I eat, and I talk about many other aspects of a healthy lifestyle, including positive thoughts, self-love, the law of attraction, healthy relationships, motivation, the minimum of me, but the environment, animals and people.
